Rosanne Frandina, PE, LS
Licensed as a New York State (NYS) Land Surveyor and Professional Engineer, Rosanne oversees every project at Frandina Engineering and Land Surveying, PC. Her dual expertise ensures seamless collaboration between the survey and engineering aspects of your project. Rosanne is responsible for project management, oversight, and signing and sealing of documents.
Mark Childs, LS
A NYS licensed Land Surveyor with more than 4 decades of experience, Mark brings a wealth of knowledge in both field surveying and AutoCAD drawing. He has mapped thousands of projects, including many of the largest in Western New York. Mark’s extensive background, previously with Deborah A. Naybor, LS, PC, adds immense value to our surveying team.
Corey Mitchell
With over 3 decades of experience, Corey leads our survey field crew and has worked on some of the most significant projects in Western New York. He has expertise in survey standards, boundary surveys, construction layout, topographic surveys, and hydraulic and GPS services. Corey ensures quality data collection and project efficiency while maintaining daily management of the crew. He is certified in OSHA 10-hour safety training and OSHA 24-hour HAZWOPER.
Eric Zimmerman
With more than 20 years of experience, Eric plays a vital role in collecting high-quality field data. He has worked alongside Corey for over two decades, ensuring precision and accuracy in every survey. Eric holds certifications in both OSHA 10-hour safety and OSHA 24-hour HAZWOPER training.
